The Trump Administration has told a federal judge that they can’t refund the money it took illegally from the American people by taxing them illegally through unconstitutional tariffs because it will take 4 Million Hours to process the more than 53 million refunds totaling more than 170 billion dollars, and they just can’t spare the personnel!
