Nutrition can be really easy! Monique and me talk about the Basics of a well balanced nutrition, how to start with making better food choices and if you should count calories and macros. We give you some advices for your daily nutrition routine and explain why it is not too hard to live a healthy life. Of course we also like to eat unhealthy stuff but for us it is important to keep the balance and follow the 80/20 rule.
