The Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest celebrates the 400th anniversary of our patron St. Francis de Sales’ passage from his life on earth into the eternal life of Heaven. The exiled Bishop and Prince of Geneva was serving on a diplomatic mission when he fell ill and died at the Monastery of the Visitation in Lyon, France, on December 28, 1622.  Thus, a special novena in honor of St. Francis de Sales will take place from January 20 - 28, 2023 in preparation for the celebration of our holy patron’s feast day on January 29.  Please join us in prayer...  "O God, by Whose gracious will the Blessed Francis, Thy confessor and bishop, became all things unto all men for the saving of their souls; mercifully grant that, being filled with the sweetness of Thy love, we may, through the guidance of his counsels and aid of his merits, attain unto the joys of everlasting life.
