The Chargers are bringing two new candidates into their offensive coordinator search including Joe Brady who was most recently with the Bills explosive offense centered around Josh Allen. Brady could bring out more exciting version of Justin Herbert, while Rams coach and former running back Thomas Brown could help turn around the Chargers struggling run game. Brady was one of the hottest head coaching candidates a couple years ago, and has worked with great quarterbacks like Allen, Joe Burrow and Drew Brees. He also has experience as offensive coordinator, but things were a dumpster fire in Carolina with bad quarterbacks and red flags about play-calling and adjustments. Brown brings a different perspective with a more run heavy philosophy and has been a rising star in Sean McVay coaching tree. Brown also has experience as a collegiate play-caller, but is he too green at the NFL level to be trusted with Herbert?
