Justin Herbert was the focal point behind the Kellen Moore hire for the Los Angeles Chargers, but Austin Ekeler and the running backs could be the biggest beneficiaries. Moore also used his tight ends frequently in Dallas which should mean bigger roles for Gerald Everett and Donald Parham. The Chargers will have a tough time bringing in anyone with their cap situation, and will face big decisions on Keenan Allen and Michael Davis. They also must find a way to bring back right tackle Trey Pipkins, while they can still afford him.
