The Pittsburgh Steelers' free agency moves addressed several needs on the roster, but there's a common thread in Omar Khan and Mike Tomlin finding detailed leaders to help with the team's locker room culture. Patrick Peterson, Elandon Roberts and Cole Holcomb have each worn captain patches for their teams and been vocal leaders and leaders by example. Isaac Semaulo also projects to be a leader for the Steelers' young offensive line. All of this appears to be a plan to develop a strong Steelers locker room around Kenny Pickett, Najee Harris and the future of the franchise.
