Hi Marilyn Denis and Jamar,

Our home is known as the neighbourhood hangout spot for the kid’s afterschool.  We love having the kids over because we know where they are afterschool.  But recently we’ve started noticing the we are making multiple trips to the grocery store to pick up more snacks.  Normally we go to the grocery shopping once a week.  My sticky situation is should tell our kids they can’t have friends over anymore, should I tell the parents of the other kids to bring their own snacks, or should we set up a potluck with the kids?  What do you think we should do?
