Bikramjeet Baulia- Silchar, Assam- Bikramjeet is a talented folk singer from assam. He has been a contestant of Saregama Bangla in 2016 as well. Since last year he has been raising funds to help people in need. This year he wanted to do something to boost mental health of Covid patients. He started an initiative wherein he advertised on his social media accounts that patients can call him any time and he will sing for them for free to cheer them up. It’s been just a week and within this span he has sung for over 250 people, not only from assam / Bengal…but he has got calls from various parts of the country. Special calls from isolation centres have also come in where he has sung for many patients in one go on speaker.
