The Fed moved to wait and see during their November Meeting. The Market reacted as if rate raising was over and the rates would
decline. That being said, the Fed has not said anything to support such actions. 2024 has as much upside, hype, and downside, and planning for 2024 looks like a check with me at the line rather than calling a play in the huddle.
