The Browns officially opened training camp on Wednesday with a light, indoor practice that was more of a walkthrough. There wasn't much to notice on the field, but beforehand, we heard from a handful of players and Kevin Stefanski, all talking about Deshaun Watson or, more appropriately, life without him if he is suspended.
Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe huddled up after practice and discussed what we saw and heard on Wednesday. They talked about head coach Kevin Stefanski's plan with Watson and backup Jacoby Brissett. They also talked about Myles Garrett and Greg Newsome II not shying away from talk about the defense carrying the load. Then they get into how good the secondary can be.
