A minister in Goa recently said that he doesn't want 'cheapskate' tourists (read: locals, Indians) visiting his state because they don't spend much. He wants people to perceive Goa as a premium destination and, therefore, would like more foreign tourists instead.

Yeah, time to throw some shade here...
