Claire created Atelier Nubio in January 2014 with co-founder Gabrielle Rotger-Marcombes. Their goal is to design and make in Paris raw vegetable juices, cold pressed and certified organic, of the highest organoleptic and nutritional quality possible. They have come up with high-end Detox cures where every detail has been designed to give customers a unique experience and maximum benefit - as well as a better understanding of themselves and the good food that they enjoy. Today, Claire is here to share Atelier Nubio's story, and of course, some of her own.
