Some often I hear others say they just ignore anger. They don't allow it to exist. This is very dangerous. Our anger will manifest itself no matter how hard we suppress it. The healthy way is to acknowledge the anger and allow yourself to feel it. Then choose a different way to express it. Instead of it consuming us and being destructive it can be healthy in its expression.
