For several weeks in a row, there have been shootings in Thomasville. While some people have been hit and slightly injured, there have been no serious injuries or deaths. The latest shooting, into a vehicle occupied by a father and his 5-year-old son, did not injure either person. However, on Sunday, a fire occurred at the father’s residence that is being investigated for possible arson. Tysean Thompson turned himself in to the Thomasville Police Department and is being charged.
