Today’s interview is from a discussion I had recently with Jack Smith for his podcast, from the ground up.  I’ve been sharing a few of these podcasts recently where it’s someone else asking me the questions, and I wasn’t sure to begin with whether you’d find them valuable, but the feedback has been super positive as the spotlight is turned on me and my business, and how we built things to the stage they’re at now, which we don’t often share here when it’s me asking the questions. 

In this episode, Jack and I discuss the foundations of our portfolio, and how we focussed on HMOs to give Victoria and I the freedom to step away from our days jobs initially, and then more recently to step away from life in the UK to spend 4 years travelling.
