Steelers insider Mark Kaboly from The Athletic joined the show. Mark commented on the Steelers releasing William Jackson III, but wouldn’t be stunned if the team brought him back at a lesser price. Mark said Arthur Maulet is among the guys that could be cap casualties in the next few days ahead of free agency. Mark doesn’t understand the want to push Myles Jack out the door. He also thinks Ahkello Witherspoon will stick around. Mark expects the Steelers to draft a receiver with one of their two picks in the 2nd round. He really thinks the Steelers like what they seem to have in Calvin Austin III. Mark thinks the Steelers will definitely look at inside linebacker in this next week because it seems to be a loaded position in free agency. Mark sees the Steelers scoring a lot more points than last season. Regarding players like Larry Ogunjobi, Terrell Edmunds and Cam Sutton – Mark thinks all three will be back.
