There's a pandemic going on, but it isn't what you think it is.

One of the greatest diseases or addictions we have is complaining and looking for the worst in a moment.

I do understand why we do it, it's easier to find what's wrong. We have the belief if we see what is wrong first then we can take action to change it.

Yet, we focus too much on the problems and find that we have a tendency to stay in those places that keep us stuck in our complaining.
