Chris Hansen (@officialchrishansen) is a renowned American television journalist best known for his work on the weekly reality legal program "Dateline NBC," where he organized sting operations to entice prospective online sex predators in “To Catch a Predator”. In addition to hosting some of the spin-off programs, he also revived the "Hansen vs. Predator" section on his syndicated program, "Crime Watch Daily." He hosted "Killer Instinct," a show on Investigation Discovery that followed homicide cases, after his two-decade career with NBC came to an end. He presently hosts the "Have a Seat with Chris Hansen" YouTube series and his podcast Predators I’ve Caught.
