The Commission on Presidential Debates has announced there will be mic shutoffs during the 2nd debate between President Trump and former VP Joe Biden. Each candidate will have 2 minutes of uninterrupted time to answer the question presented to them while the other candidate has their mic shut off as to not have the same type of constant injecting as they did in the first debate.
