Brindle Simmons, five-years-old, in the back of the canoe, and Roan Simmons, three-years-old, in the front of the canoe, helped their neighbors Boe and Jennifer Kottwitz canoe their calves across the Mule Creek river before being pulled back up the hill from the creek.
