The Montana Arts Council is proud to announce three new additions to the Montana Circle of American Masters, including saddle maker Marc Brogger of Three Forks. The Montana Circle of American Masters (MCAM) recognizes Montana folk and traditional artists for artistic excellence in their work, along with their role in preserving and passing on their knowledge.
