Greetings!


How are you feeling? I'm letting Trigger Protection Mantra by Jhene AIko play in the background to remind me to CALM MYSELF down. lol


On Friday I received an email for a voiceover session for Monday and I thought I responded that 1 pm worked for me. After I finished my prayer/God time where I asked if I needed to reach out to my contact, Brian, to get the script, I checked my email and he had reached out to me about if I was available at 1 pm. 



Times like these it is easy to let the mind go on a spiral about... "I thought I responded"... "didn't I respond"... on and on. I took a deep breath and I emailed my apologies and confirmed my availability. Fast forward an hour later, the session was rescheduled to Wednesday afternoon. A reminder... all timing is divine.


The stress we/I put on ourselves is so unnecessary. I love her song to remind me... to CALM DOWN.

The bowls and sounds help me breathe through whatever I have perceived to have stressed me.

Jhene also has a longer version of this song/meditation... practice on her YouTube channel... I have it bookmarked.


I'd love to know if it resonates with you as well. :)


So I'm patting myself on the back for taking a breath before freaking out about that voiceover email I thought I sent. And also for sending this out later than I preferred.
