WARNING: This episode addresses topics of Drugs, Overdose, Sex trafficking, and Sexual assault. Jett Miller was under oath answering questions about his reputation.
Regarding trial proceedings, under Federal Rule of Evidence Rule 405, when evidence on a person's character is admissible, it may be proved through testimony on that person's reputation. Without quoting the lawsuit, Jett Miller alleged his reputation was defamed. One of the attorneys filed a motion stating, "Plaintiff's reputation, behavior, and background are on display in the local community. As an intrinsic essence of their existence, relationships, and behavior - both complimentary and not - are within the spectacles of the community."
