Unsettled Weather for the Northwest through Mid-week; Warm Temperatures Spreading Across the CONUS - Unsettled conditions will continue from the Pacific Northwest and California into the Sierra and Rocky mountains with locally heavy rain, a few thunderstorms, mountain snow, gusty to high winds, and possible coastal and burn-scar flooding. Above normal temperatures will spread west to east across the contiguous U.S. this week. Temperatures of 10 to 30 degrees above normal are likely.
