As a child, I stayed in trouble for lining up the neighborhood kids in my garage and giving them haircuts with sewing scissors for 25 cents. Since as far back as I can remember, all I ever saw was heads of hair that needed me...and still do! I have been hairdressing fifty hours a week, fifty weeks a year now for decades, until the Covid shutdown. That was the first time anyone had ever told me I couldn’t do my thing. After the shock wore off, being forced to stay home worked wonders for me personally. I actually gained balance. Now what makes a great day great includes time to stare at the ceiling and think about what I want to do. To be a human being, not just a human doing.
Hey you, here we are going to provide value in the form of knowledge we can apply into our daily lives that will have a positive generational impact. We will cover the science and psychological reasons behind why our physical and mental health is the way it is as children of the Diaspora and which foods and herbs we can incorporate in culture and which practices we can incorporate into our daily lives in order to heal our Mental and Physical Health so that we can live stronger, longer, and happier lives.
