Ian's back with a slate of savagery from all over the world of metal on today's show! We'll start with a taste of experimental noise composer Ben Frost's stunning new record Scope Neglect, then move into a decimating set of grindcore, highlighted by heavy hitters Escuela Grind, Pig Destroyer and Brutal Truth, plus a classic from Swedish grind legends Nasum. We'll also survey some of the best in the world of death metal with rippers from Slimelord, Tomb Mold and Vastum, while hyping next Saturday's March 30th show at the Rickshaw featuring Wake and Egregore! We'll also get into some new bandgers from traditional heavy metal masters with rippers from Judas Priest, Cirith Ungol and Haunt, and dig a classic track from Saxon out of the Graveyard!

This is predominantly a collection of Canadian vinyl from the last few years, and we will spin a bunch of ripping tunes today. We start with the independent band Uncle Woe out of Ontario and move westward with some Drug Sauna and Heavy Trip. Ian's back to ward off the November chill with some white-hot and ripping new thrashers from Terrifier, Nervosa, Overkill and Hellripper! We'll also get hyped for tonight's showcase of local metal heroes Ape War and Dirty Vicar at Red Gate in Vancouver, it's gonna be a party! The second half of the show contains crumbling, majestic doom and tar-blackened sludge from riffdealers like Runemagick, Tribunal, Church of Misery and Green Lung, and we'll dig a classic track from Saint Vitus' severely underappreciated Die Healing album out of the Graveyard... light it up!!!

This leads to Secular Pains and Earthbong before we play Crystal Coffins New Melodic Black Metal album The Curse of Immortality (2023) their third full album release. Finishing off the show with a slide back in to the Drugged out Occulty Doom that I love so much.
