This case shook investigators to their cores as it seemed impossible to crack, that is until one detective used his video game knowledge and led to a massive breakthrough that forced several pieces to fall in place! The Nashville Metro PD, as well as the TBI and FBI did an amazing job investigating this case and keeping on their feet, it is just so sad that two young people had to lose their lives to help keep someones secrets hidden. The case quickly went cold, but as the years have gone by, little clues have popped up pointing back to Joan- including library books. Yet, 62 years later Joan's case is unsolved. After an athlete's foot breakout shook the prison, officials went searching for help to treat the outbreak and got into contact with Dr. Albert Kligman, a University of Pennsylvania professor of dermatology and the man credited with co-inventing Retin-A. No one knew what horrors would follow, when a simple "partnership" with the doctor turned the prison into a full blown experiment with the "acres of skin" he saw there. Of course he couldn't have done this alone, so Johnson & Johnson, Dow Chemicals, and the US Department of Defense had to join in on the "fun" (what's up Geneva?). Even after years of these horrific experiments coming to light, no one has been truly held accountable. Taylar then covers the case of "D.B. Tuber" or the 2008 Monroe, WA Bank of America Heist that shook this small and safe town to its core. Though this is a solved case, it is one of the most interesting and wild investigations of all time! 160... damn, we're getting old. Today, Morgan covers the case of 15 year old Kristy Bamu who was killed by his sister and her fiance during an "exorcism" on December 25, 2010. He and four of his siblings were visiting their sister Magalie Bamu and Eric Bikubi when Eric accused Kristy of doing witchcraft. Kristy drowned in a bath in an exorcism at their flat in Newham, east London, after days of torture. Taylar then covers the case of the Texarkana Moonlight Murders or "the Phantom Killer". After attacking a young couple on a lovers lane, month after month more attacks and murders that were similar seemed to follow. With a known total of 8 victims and 5 deaths- the Phantom Killer has never been located.
