Although the origins of Orange Muscat are not guaranteed, it is thought to be from Italy or France. Andrew Quady purchased a plot of land in Reedly, CA in 1980 and is the authority on the variety. Although originally produced as a bulk wine, the times began to change in the 1990s, where it became the king of grapes in the region. To the eye, Nero d'Avola is known to be inky, with a deep red hue. On the palate, it exudes blackberries, cherries, and plums with an undertone of spice. Today, I am sharing a Best of episode. This originally dropped on June 22, 2020 and has had a significant amount of downloads, so I thought I would bring it up to the forefront for anyone who missed it.  Do you remember your elementary school days?
