Inner Strength Through Meditation

Seneca says the things you run from are inside of you. How clear this is to see, we are always running from our own experience. I would add that wherever we go we carry what is within us.  This means the love and strength we gather in meditation are carried with us everywhere.

Impending Sense of Doom

Our happiness is so easily destroyed by the feeling that everything is doomed. The climate, nuclear war, fuel poverty, recessions, on and on it goes. Entangled in this kind of thinking will never bring peace. Let's meditate together and find freedom from all of this.
