Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has launched an explosive post-match rant following their 3-3 draw with Southampton, saying the club are used to not winning silverware and are used to not playing in competitive matches, before saying his players have to start taking responsibility for their performances, and the situation won't change no matter who is in charge.
