About

With a Bachelor of Education in Home Economics, Sharon went on to work with food in the 027 – How to fill your cup with Sharon Hearne-Smith media for 25 years as a freelance food & prop stylist, writer and recipe developer. Her experience also includes heading food departments at events, exhibitions and over 30 TV cookery show productions between London, New York and Dublin. Sharon is the author of two cookbooks, 'No Bake Baking' & 'The No-Cook Cookbook' and has featured on many national TV and Radio shows in her homeland, Ireland. She has also worked extensively in brand representation.

Following on from the ending of her marriage, in 2020, Sharon moved to working with plant medicines, as a healer and women's empowerment mentor where she helps women break free from limitations and embrace prioritising themselves and their wellbeing as their pathway to success, happiness and fulfilment.

Sharon’s top tips to help improve your health are:

  1. Decide what you are going to do that is right for you (not 'shoulds'),
  2. Dig deep for your 'why' (to help keep you focused and committed when the going gets tough / excuses etc come up) ..
  3. Stay committed, no matter what
