Remember a few months ago when we were all struggling with the fact that COVID-19 outbreaks were impacting meat manufacturing plants? It was so strange to go into a grocery store and see that meat was unavailable or prices were high. Perhaps even worse, you have been going into a current job where you cannot work remotely and fear every day getting COVID-19. 

Friend, you are not alone. Globally we are watching employees report increased mental and behavioral health issues. Employers and employees around the globe are trying to navigate this new territory.
