After the resounding success of their 50th Anniversary celebration, BLUE ÖYSTER CULT is eagerly gearing up for an exciting new chapter in their storied career with the upcoming release of '.' This highly anticipated album marks a fitting finale to the recording legacy of one of rock’s most iconic fixtures from the past 50 years. In a thrilling partnership with FRONTIERS MUSIC, BLUE ÖYSTER CULT is set to captivate fans with a collection of reimagined and newly completed songs that span from 1978-2016. These musical treasures, long considered 'lost gems' by BLUE ÖYSTER CULT enthusiasts, were originally recorded between 1978 and 1983, except for one track from 2016, "IF I FELL." Also included is the only known studio recording of their concert classic “KICK OUT THE JAMS” (MC5 cover). Some of the material is from sessions workshopping material for an album, some is from performance rehearsals. All were recorded once in the hopes that someday they'd see the light of day. GEORGE GERANIOS, the band's original audio engineer and an integral part of the band's golden years, co-produced the original 1978-83 recordings along with BÖC. All were originally recorded on reel-to-reel analog tape. They were later transferred to digital audio, which is when modern AI and magical musical talents met and the collection of vintage multi-track recordings was de-mixed, re-mixed, and produced by STEVE SCHENCK and RICHIE CASTELLANO TO BECOME '. Work in the studio for the album was completed by RICHIE CASTELLANO along with remaining original members ERIC BLOOM and DONALD “BUCK DHARMA” ROESER, both ALBERT BOUCHARD and RICK DOWNEY appear on drums with additional overdubs recorded by JOE BOUCHARD. All these original lineup members appearing on ',' create a musical journey that traverses decades. To celebrate this exciting announcement, the band shares the single "SO SUPERNATURAL" along with a new music video that has a super cool blend of classic rock and modern AI. During this period, he has published well over 1,000 articles in major periodicals originating from around the globe. Rosen was the West Coast correspondent for magazine for four years during the seminal mid-‘80s, when he wrote eight cover stories—including three lead features on Edward Van Halen recognized as pivotal pieces on the legendary guitarist. As a contributor to magazine, Rosen also wrote a prodigious 16 covers in a six-year span. A recognized authority on the eclectic world of Rock, Rosen has been tapped seven times to write books on several high-profile musicians, including Jeff Beck, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Black Sabbath, Free/Bad Company and Randy Rhoads. The traveling troubadour’s work has taken him to distant vistas in search of mysterious stories and elusive sagas—hand-selected to accompany numerous bands as a traveling wordsmith for the likes of Led Zeppelin, The Who, Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, Loggins & Messina, ZZ Top, Aerosmith, Lenny Kravitz, Alice Cooper, The Firm, Van Halen, and others. Recently, Rosen’s main focus has been organizing his incredibly extensive and rare collection of audio interviews dating back to 1973. The entire library represents well over 1,500 hours of content, with hundreds and hundreds of classic rock’s most-engaging, enraging and entrancing characters, including Edward Van Halen. This archival process led to the unearthing of what Rosen called “The Twilight Tapes”—50 interviews representing hours of late-night phone calls with the Van Halen guitarist, who happened to become a very close friend over the years. “The Twilight Tapes” sparked the idea to sit down to write in 2020 and the rest, as they say, is rock and roll history.

Hellings, the new All-Star Supergroup features lead singer Brett Hellings on vocals; Richard Fortus (Guns N’ Roses), Tommy Henriksen (Alice Cooper, Hollywood Vampires, Warlock, Lady Gaga, Meat Loaf), Buck Johnson (Aerosmith, Hollywood Vampires), Billy Sheehan (David Lee Roth, Mr. Big, Steve Vai), and Kenny Aronoff (John Mellencamp, John Fogerty, Smashing Pumpkins). An endorsement from Alice Cooper on his radio show, “Nights with Alice Cooper,” ultimately led Brett Hellings, a well-traveled singer-songwriter to record with a powerhouse ensemble of the industry’s top session and touring musicians. It was just a 45 second mention on a syndicated radio show, but David Davidian, tour manager for Cooper and The Hollywood Vampires, heard the show, and loved the music so much that he passed it on to some of his musician friends, who embraced the opportunity.
