About

Hinesh left his career as an executive in the federal public service and then as a consultant to coach divorced dads to get back on track through healthy co-parenting relationships and making decisions that benefit their kids in the long run. After years of dads coming to him for advice and help, he structured an 8-week online program, The Decent Divorced Dad.

Divorce kicked his ass. It was a struggle to climb out of the hole he fell into. But he did it and learned a lot about himself and others. It took a lot of work and energy to develop new skills - and a whole lot of different therapies to incrementally tackle the deep-seated psychological imprints that he had been struggling with since childhood.

The hard work paid off, and Hinesh's relationship with his kids was something he only dreamed of. He fell in love with his life and realized his struggles could be lessons for others so they could avoid them or get out of them faster. As more people around him pointed out how he could help others, the more he was driven to do just that. Hinesh is on a quest to support all dads so they can live a more balanced life and lead the lives they want for themselves and their kids—creating sustainable change and guiding that transformation in a practical and meaningful way so that it sticks, so that it creates generational change, and so all our kids are better off.

Hinesh helps bring divorced men back from the place of feeling hopeless, powerless and emasculated to a place of empowerment and confidence, equipped with the tools and roadmap to succeed as an exemplary father. He leads a Facebook group and YouTube channel with weekly live sessions to tackle the biggest challenges arising from his group members.

In the same way, Hinesh runs a consulting business, Evolūt Consulting, where he helps organizations optimize through improving wellness practices.  In examining turnover and absenteeism rates, processes for staff to do their jobs, how leadership communicates with their teams - leadership practices are then aligned to increase wellness and ultimately achieve main outcomes with minimal resources.

Lead yourself and others with integrity.
