Carmen is now a homeowner. However, she still has some unfinish buisness with the rental market and has asked Bosely to join her to figure out the who, what, when, and how on yearly rent increase.  At the sametime, they will try to figure out if it is possible to get rid of this systemic feature which was built into the rental market.
