A Clarke County man has been indicted on charges he took, operated and damaged a road grader belonging to the Monroe County Commission. Chadwick Calvin “Chad” Bradford, 48, of Dickinson was indicted by a Monroe County grand jury on two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and auto burglary.
