Wallace talked about how some older NASCAR fans are leaving the sport after their favorite driver including Dale Earnhardt and Tony Stewart left the sport. J.R. Todd on The Kalitta Teams Big Weekend, NHRA Majors & Wings

NHRA Gainesville Funny Car Winner J.R. Todd's win in the NHRA season opener had special significance. Connie Kalitta's son Scott Kalitta died in June of 2008 and that's when Todd took over the car, winning an NHRA Funny Car championship in 2018. This weekend Scott's family was in Gainesville to be honored with Scott's induction into the International Drag Racing Hall of Fame. It was an emotional win for the team, obviously.
