I'll let Patrick explain the details but the idea Is so common. How many things have you started but stumbled at and ended up back "at the beginning"?
Patrick is a musician and guitar teacher who helps students to go from never having picked up a guitar before to being really accomplished players.
Many of his are retired or recovering from injury. Having researched how and why learning music improves brain health and physical health in so many ways, he is now passionate about evangelizing the tremendous benefits of learning music at any age.
