A few weeks ago we participated in #CAPHRA's #sCOPe event, a 5 day 24 hour livestreaming event in response to the corrupt closed door #WHO #FCTC COP9. During that event we got to meet Dr. Roberto Sussman a scientist who #vapes. Not only does he #vape, but he also is a scientific researcher who has published work proving the reduced risk of #vaping and its potential to save bilions of lives. We've talked about trying to approach youth #vaping from a position of compassion. Discussed that some people use #nicotine because they need it. Those living with #neurodiversity, stress, and abuse smoke or #vape to cope with a world they feel separated from. This week a school principal victimized a student he suspected had a #vaping device hidden in his pants. We'll review that and a few other stories of kids being assaulted by adults over fear of #vaping. Stanford University has decided that Bloomberg, Truth, Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids aren't advertising #vaping to kids good enough so they have created a video game targeted to tell kids all about #ecigs. We could have told you this.....wait, we actually already did but a new study is out concluding that kids that #vape either were smokers or would have smoked if they hadn't discovered vaping instead, and that vaping probably will help them stop smoking. COP9 ended and #WHO #FCTC did not announce their long overdue admission that #harmreduction #safernicotine would help reduce smoking and should be promoted. Actually, they announced beforehand that they wouldn't even talk about it. Has denied that a proven miracle isn't real has doubled down and denied more applications by compaies that were seeking permission to sell products that save peoples lives. Australia has decided that people who #vape are ill and need a prescription of be fined. FDA dealt #vaping a mighty blow yesterday. More MDOs were filed and they released a statement with a lot of words that do not bode well for the future of the most successful #tobaccoharmreduction products on the market. No one was granted Marketing Orders, but a bunch of companies that make products that have been helping people that smoke become people that don't smoke were told to stop making and selling them. FDA didn't come straight out and say anything let alone saying that they are banning flavors but from this end that is what it looks like. This week on #sonoflibertyradio we will discuss this announcement in depth, we will go over it line by line if we have to. In the long term it will result in turning folks that want to save peoples lives into criminals. When are they going to start punishing samaritans who provide CPR to dying people?
