Breakfast: Cup of oatmeal with chia, hemp, and flax seeds added (1 tablespoon each) and scoop of flavored protein powder. Also some coconut milk powder and sugar. Plus salt and cinnamon.

Dinner (2 bags):
Bag 1 is starches—couscous, powdered potatoes, dehydrated veggies and sweet potatoes, and powdered shiitake mushrooms.
Bag 2 is a protein, stew mix of pork sausage, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and spinach—blitzed and dried.
Mix together with spiced olive oil.

  • Tortilla with flavored tuna pack
  • Charcuterie Plate: Babybel cheese, olives, meat stick, fruits, nuts
  • Protein bar or Payday
  • Tortillas with nut butter
