Paul is the founder and president of RCReports, Inc., a
business that offers consulting services and software solutions for Reasonable Compensation to the accounting sector. The first online tool for creating Reasonable Compensation for Shareholder-Employees of S Corps, RCReports.com, was conceptualized by Paul.

Paul has worked as an executive recruiter and a compensation
consultant to small firms for the past 18 years. Since earning a Bachelor's
degree in Small Business & Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder School of Business, Paul has founded and managed a number of successful businesses.
