Ovia is the Chief Executive Officer of RADIANT YACU MICROINSURANCE COMPNAY, the First& only Dedicated Microinsurance in Rwanda .

. Ovia has got 15 years’ experience in Insurance industry with 5 years in Microinsurance space. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kampala International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.Ovia went through a Microinsurance Master Leadership program in the Philippines and she is now a Microinsurance Master in the Country. Together with other stake holders, she is playing a significant role in the design &implementation of Rwanda National Agriculture Scheme under Livestock & Crop insurance.
