Greetings Prayer Champions! Welcome to the first Wednesday of September 2023. Please keep me in prayer as I have decided to extend my sabbatical to January 2024. Remember you can access prayer resources through my web site www.RevDianaRWilliams.com and find prayers on my Youtube channel DRW Ministries9822. In the meantime, please enjoy snipprts from the 33 minute prayer! “Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16, NKJV)

Prayer Champions we are still calling Mayday, mayday for urgent and fervent prayer. This time we are praying for mothers. When things threaten to overwhelm us and as mothers we are not quite sure how we should proceed, we must each decide to lay aside every weight of fear and anxiety and press on. We must never quit because the source of our strength is the joy of the LORD. Like JESUS, we must be passionate about GOD’S business and enjoy doing what GOD has called us to do! "As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you;” Isaiah 66:13, CEB

Prayer Champions welcome to the first Wednesday of May 2023! When you hear someone say mayday, mayday do you recognize it as an urgent call for help? Today and the rest of the month, I am putting out the mayday distress call, but I do not want you to panic. I want you to pray fervently. Acoording to James 5:16b, The effective, fervent prayer of the righteous main avails much, NKJV.

Prayer Champions, we know that effective prayer is direct communication with God. It acknowledges individual faith in the highest power who can help, guide, and bring comfort. As I have said before, many see prayer as the last resort for out-of-touch people in over their heads. But we know that prayer is the very first tactic of powerful, resourceful people living completely dependent on God. God has said in the word in Isaiah 55:11, KJV, "So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."

Prayer Champions, I want to share an excerpt from my book You Are Set Apart and Transformed today. I am reading from the chapter entitled Divine Dominion. On our way to complete transformation, it is crucial that we understand who we are and to whom we belong. We are no longer your own because we were bought with a price and now belong to the LORD. Prayer Champions, we are set apart and exist within the kingdom of GOD. This kingdom is where dominion, splendor, and glory belong to GOD. HE establishes the order in the heights of heaven, and God rules everywhere over the nations. Jesus said at John 14:1-4, NKJV, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many [a]mansions; if it were not so, [b]I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.”

Prayer Champions, we will come boldly to the Throne of Grace to obtain mercy and to make our request known! We will ask in Faith because it is in GOD we live and move and have our being. We depend upon the LORD and want our lives to bring GOD Glory as we pray for ourselves and others confidently and in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit. When we pray, we praise GOD in thanks and declare that our petition is granted according to GOD’s powerful word! Our prayers do arouse GOD’S attention because they come from a place of sincerity, humility and love. As Prayer Champions we stand upon the scripture promises of James 1:5-7, CEB, “But anyone who needs wisdom should ask God, whose very nature is to give to everyone without a second thought, without keeping score. Wisdom will certainly be given to those who ask. 6 Whoever asks shouldn’t hesitate. They should ask in faith, without doubting. Whoever doubts is like the surf of the sea, tossed and turned by the wind.7 People like that should never imagine that they will receive anything from the Lord.”

Prayer Champions, welcome to the first Wednesday of April 2023. This is the month with the birthstone of the diamond and the birth flowers of the daisy or the sweet pea. This is a high holy month for us Christians as this is the month that we celebrate the resurrection of the Lord of Lords and King of Kings! Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: “Hosanna to the Son of David! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ Hosanna in the highest!” Matthew 21:9, NKJV

Prayer Champions, using the Gospel of encouragement, spreads comfort, support, and love, relieving discouragement for persons to stimulate change and spiritual growth. A key aspect of encouragement is its ability to alleviate the suffering of those coping with grief, depression, conflict, and illness. Comforting words are the encouragement found throughout scripture for a renewed hope of God’s loving-kindness towards us. "If your gift is encouragement, devote yourself to encouraging," Romans 12:8a, CEB. "The Lord God gives me the right words to encourage the weary. Each morning he awakens me eager to learn his teaching;" Isaiah 50:4, CEV.

Prayer Champions this re-broadcast of the 'Turn it Around' prayer reminds us that sometimes we can receive bad news, and the very thing we did not want to happen happens. That is when we need a turnaround prayer that takes a bad situation and turns it around to bring about a blessing. The Bible gives us examples of situations and circumstances again and again of seemingly hopeless situations, when God makes a way out of no way and provides when provisions seem out of reach. Today we are asking God to turn it around for those under the sound of my voice who need a turnaround blessing! "Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread. 26 He is ever merciful, and lends; And his descendants are blessed." Psalm 37: 3-4, 25-26, NKJV

Prayer Champions, let's devote today's session to pray for pastors who are serving faith communities all over the world. "And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding." Jeremiah 3:15 KJV

Prayer Champions, let's set the atmosphere for prayer with music! Studies suggest that certain melodies can figuratively transport someone from despair to a place of peace and tranquility. Some music even can energize and restore confidence just by the cadence and combination of notes. According to the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA), music can diminish physical and emotional pain, decrease stress, and facilitate empowerment. Music with a strong beat can stimulate brain waves and provide an overall sense of well-being. Praise Him with the sound of the [c]trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! Psalm:150:3, NKJV

Prayer Champions, think of the spring imagery for our prayer lives. Think of this month as a time of renewal, coming out of hibernation, and sowing seeds in preparation for a bountiful harvest. We start this time by recognizing how marvelous God is in our lives as we worship and praise. We do not let one wonderful act of kindness go unacknowledged. We appreciate everyday miracles in our lives and thank God. In our prayer time we use God’s holy word in our prayers to plant seeds of adoration. Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2, Amplified.

Prayer Champions, Jesus came to teach us a new way of understanding what is required of those who love and follow Him. From the Sermon on the Mount, we are to apply those teachings for a more excellent way to be in the world, in our relationships. Jesus wants us to embrace righteousness as a way of life. Not as fulfilling legalistic listing of duties, the motivation that governs our actions. By righteousness we mean “right conduct, and correct observance in accord with God’s will as revealed in the Bible. We will let nothing separate us from the love of God!

Prayer Champions, we must be unwavering, unfaltering, and persistent in exercising our faith. We must remain strong and committed to our faith in God as we take every problem to Our Lord in prayer. Whether it is trouble on the horizon, sickness, bad news, catastrophe, mass shootings, social injustice, earthquakes, spy satellites, or any other situation, we must not allow anything to shake our faith. “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” Hebrews 11:1-3,NKJV

Prayer Champions, it is imperative to our prayer lives that we have faith in God. It is in God we live and move and have our being. We are dependent upon the Lord and want our lives to bring God glory as we pray for ourselves and others, confidently and in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit. When we pray in faith, we believe that God can answer our prayers. It means that we trust God no matter how things may seem. When we ask in faith, it indicates that we know that God has the solution for our problem. “So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” (Mark 11:22, NKJV)

Prayer Champions, welcome to the very first day of February! I want to extend birthday greetings for every one celebrating this month. We give God glory for another year on your behalf. Our theme this month is Faith February. In Hebrews the 11th chapter we read, now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him; Hebrews 11:1,6, NKJV.

Prayer Champions, here are some scriptures shared in Dodie Osteen's book, Healed of Cancer. She declared then over her life daily and was healed of metastatic cancer of the liver in 1981. "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes, we are healed." Isaiah 53:5, NKJV

Prayer Champions, today I want to talk about your personal testimony. Each of us has an account of the wonderful things God has done for us if we will take the time to think about it. There is a popular gospel song with the lyrics, “As I look back over my life and I think things over, I can truly say I’ve been blessed; I have a testimony!” Wikipedia defines testimony in law and religion as a solemn attestation to the truth of a matter. Merriam-Webster dictionary defines it as something presented in support of the truth or accuracy of a claim. In other words, it is something that the testifier knows first-hand to be true. "Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony... Revelation 12:10-11a, NKJV

Prayer Champions mercy involves the synonyms of compassion, clemency, forgiveness, kindness, understanding, generosity, leniency, benevolence, forbearance, grace, and blessing. What often accompanies God’s mercy is God’s goodness. When we read the 23rd Psalm in the 6th verse, we hear, 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. NKJV

I am so thankful for the very first Prayer Champions’ International Broadcast of the New Year! To GOD Be The Glory! Prayer Champions, we each have a wonderful opportunity to come together on this first Wednesday of a brand new month and a brand new year. Many people take this time to make declarations and set intentions for the year during this time. If you are making resolutions too, do it with God’s guidance. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? Isaiah 43:19

Prayer Champions, Christmas is one of the most joyous and sacred times of the year. Christmas brings so many pleasant memories to many of us. It is a time of love, celebration, festivities, family, decorations, good cheer, gift-giving, Christmas concerts, plays, and reflection. JESUS came to earth and changed the course of history for all of humanity. We now have access to the Throne of Grace because JESUS came. Let us worship this month as we prepare to celebrate Christmas with our loved ones. "When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary, His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Matthew 2:10-11, NKJV.

Christmas is a time of worship, joy, and appreciation of JESUS CHRIST and HIS arrival on earth. Starting on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, many churches light the advent candles on the advent wreath. The Advent wreath is made of evergreen boughs, symbolizing everlasting life. The circle represents the continuous love of God, with no beginning and no end, and the soul's immortality. Each of the four colored candles in the Advent wreath represents a week leading to Christmas. Traditionally, three of the candles are purple, and one is pink. The final candle is white and is located in the center of the wreath. It is lit on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:6-7, KJV

Prayer Champions, I am so thankful that we have reached the last day of November with 90 reasons to thank the Lord! Many of us took the challenge to write down 3 things each day to thank God. Many of us celebrated Thanksgiving Day with family and or loved ones. It was a special day that I placed on my list, like many of you. I thanked God for the food on our table! Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe, you would see the glory of God?” Then they took away the stone [d]from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.” John 11:40-42, NKJV

We are not only thankful for our blessings but we are also thankful for the authority and the anointing we have in Christ as Prayer Champions. In Matthew 18:18, JESUS assures us that we have the authority to bind or forbid things on earth and that it will be bound or forbidden in heaven. We have also been given the authority to lose or set free or allow things on earth and they will be loosed or set free or allowed in heaven. We have a big part through our prayer by ushering the kingdom and GOD’S will on earth as it is in heaven. At John 15:7, Jesus gave us the instruction that if You and I abide in HIM and His words abide in us we can ask what we will and it will be granted to us. We are to ask, seek and knock.

Prayer Champions, let's welcome Pastor Dana Taft as she teaches on active thanks! Consider the story of the lepers in Luke 17, starting in verse 11 -19; on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus went along the border between Samaria and Galilee. As he was going into a village, ten men with leprosy[b] came toward him. They stood at a distance and shouted, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” Jesus looked at them and said, “Go show yourselves to the priests.” On their way, they were healed. When one of them discovered that he was healed, he came back, shouting praises to God. He bowed down at the feet of Jesus and thanked him. The man was from the country of Samaria. Jesus asked, “Weren’t ten men healed? Where are the other nine? Why was this foreigner the only one who came back to thank God?” Then Jesus told the man, “You may get up and go. Your faith has made you well.”

We must go to God with our entire souls. We go with all of our affection, passion, and faith. We also must ask God for wisdom concerning our families and loved ones. As intercessors, we must pray for our loved ones by name. Husbands pray for your wives and wives pray for your husbands. Parents pray for your children, and children pray for your parents. Siblings pray for each other. “With all prayer and petition, pray [with specific requests] at all times [on every occasion and in every season] in the Spirit, and with this in view, stay alert with all perseverance and petition [interceding in prayer] for all God’s people.” Ephesians 6:18, Amp.

Prayer Champions let's thank God for 3 things each day this month! We can keep a gratitude journal and by the end of the month we will have 90 blessings listed. "Oh give thanks unto the Lord for God is good! God's mercy endures forever!" Psalm 136:1

Prayer Champions let's welcome special guest Pastor Tedd Washington, Grace for Living Ministries, Longwood Florida! Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.” So He said to them, “When you pray, say: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.” Luke 11:1-4, NKJV

Prayer Champions let's use scriptures to have unmovable faith and confidence in God! We will cast the whole of our care - all our anxieties, all our worries, all our concerns, once and for all on the LORD. Believe that GOD cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. We will make affirmations directly from scripture to live a life of trust in GOD and abundance. The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness, I have drawn you. Jeremiah 31:3, NKJVlet's

Choose to cast the whole of your care - all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all on the LORD. Believe that GOD cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. Give your concerns to GOD and take your hands off! Stop worrying and trust GOD to lead you through a brand new life of abundance. The choices you make today will affect your future.
