The Willard City Council on Thursday voted to accept a petition from landowner Bob Davis to annex approximately 45 acres of his land located just west of I-15 at approximately 7700 South. The two parcels are currently in unincorporated Box Elder County and would become an island of Willard City if the annexation is completed.
