About

Monday and Monday night will be the chilliest time of this coming week, as temperatures warm up on Tuesday. The more abundant sunshine will occur north of I-20 with thicker high clouds at times across Central Texas. Brisk northerly winds are expected again by this afternoon with highs from the mid 50s Red River Valley to the mid 60s across Central Texas. Winds will settle under clear to partly cloudy skies. Patchy frost may be possible, especially across the East with lows tonight 35 to 40 degrees. Returning south-southwest winds around 10 mph will result in highs Tuesday from the mid 60s across Central Texas to around 70 degrees across much of North Texas.
