In the bonus episode before the new season, I talk about the idea of a high-value relationship. Lots of talk these days about "High-Value Men" and "High-Value Women". But I find it more effective to talk about the relationship we want to create before thinking about the person. So I say let's talk about a "High-Value Relationship" rather than our High-Value person.
