The Cabbage Patch is a home from home for the girls, so this week Scaz & Elma are joined by England and Bristol Bears Lock Abbie Ward in Twickenham's famous rugby pub. They discuss all things pregnancy and motherhood with the Red Rose who will be the first player in the professional age to have a baby and make use of the RFU’s brand new maternity policy. Abbie shares the details of her ambitious plans to be back on the pitch next autumn and the white lies and acting skills she had to employ at Bristol to ensure her teammates didn’t find out she was pregnant too early on.
