Dr. Rosalind Chou is the Kathleen Flores Head Coach for the Browns University Women's Rugby. Before that, she was best known for being the founder and first-ever head coach of the Life University Women's Rugby. A Program that won both a 15s and 7s National Championship and became one of the most powerful rugby programs in the country. She talks to us about how she was able to create Life University Women's Rugby, how she first got started in rugby, and many of the people who led her to where she is now.
