9-10-2024 is The TICK's 30th Anniversary of when "The TICK Animated Series" first birthed onto television. The Big Blue Birthday Bash took place at El Cid in Hollywood. Many fans of the comic book, live action shows, and cartoon, gathered to geek out about their favourite superhero. Adam Conover interviewed co-writers Ben Edlund and Chris McCulloch, along with Townsend Coleman (the voice of the TICK). A man dressed like the TICK walked around, taking photos with people. Jeremy Ambler is a character actor from "Walking Dead" the "Wrong Turn" remake, "Pro Wrestlers VS Zombies", "The Road", soon to be in "Don't Let The Cat Out", and many more motion pictures! Anytime Yachtley Crew stops to play in Monterey at The Golden State Theatre, I make sure to interview local Historian, Renovationist, Sock Monkey creator, and Returning Champion, Martin Schmidt. Before Yachtley Crew was scheduled to play at The Golden State Theatre in Monterey California, I caught up with Martin Schmidt. In addition to creating amazing sock monkies, He was also instrumental in renovating The Golden State Theatre along with a team of volunteers.
