She is a co-founder of the brands Valhalla Music and Avalon, with which she currently holds residencies in Atlantic Club (Amnesia group) and Pacha Barcelona. Her sound is known to take the crowd on a melodic journey, often flirting with a darker undertone, and always with a lot of groove. She moves with delicacy and ease across genres but has a special weakness for indie dance, melodic techno and progressive house. In just a few years she has already shared the decks with artists such as Adam Ten, Kevin De Vries, Roy Rosenfeld, Ivory, Undercatt, Stephan Jolk, Fedele and Themba to name a few. Andrea has just returned from her second tour through Mexico and the spring and summer season is already looking promising with big dates coming up, including the massive Brunch Festival, and she's scheduled to play together with artists like Maceo Plex, Sasha, John Digweed, Mathame, Camelplat, Eelke Kleijn, Booka Shade, Jonathan Kaspar and many more.

Hailing from Albania, Da Luka emerged from his country’s electronic music landscape just over a decade ago. Whether operating in solo capacity or alongside occasional production partner Jorgio Kioris, Da Luka’s creative vision would summon the praise of progressive music tastemakers Cid Inc, Guy J, Eelke Kleijn, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and more, in turn leading to releases via Droid9, Juicebox Music, Movement Recordings and WARPP. Choosing his projects wisely across 2023, the year would prove to be impactful for the Berat resident, with the formation and subsequent success of roku, along with key releases via Electronic Groove and Mango Alley. Meanwhile, made up of German artists Jan de Vice and JP Silence, the Electric Dada alias was revealed to the world in 2020. The duo's progressive style was immediately recognised for its emotive qualities and strong dancefloor sensibility. A transcendent sound which would see them go on to release key projects via Clubsonica, Dopamine White, Massive Harmony and Univack, while also earning praise from the underground's premiere tastemakers. Having been paired together once previously for a release via Electronic Groove, Da Luka and Electric Dada combine their extensive forces once again, getting 2024 off to a strong start with ‘Rubicon’, alongside remixes from Subandrio and Forty Cats.

Starting 2024 with fresh new music, Meanwhile begins the year with two seasoned producers of the progressive house scene as Navar and Golan Zocher collaborate to produce, “Zoom Out”. A single remix comes courtesy of a legendary Australian artist. A hugely respected artist within the underground dance fraternity, Navar has been at the vanguard of electronic music for over a decade. From early work for Klopfgeist, the Dutch star has been a regular on fellow countryman, Eelke Kleijn’s Outside The Box as well as Guy J’s Lost & Found and Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music. Making his Meanwhile debut remixing Alex O’Rion in early 2022, the 3-track “Return of the Sun” at the end of the year shone an iridescent glow over Navar’s production credentials. Similarly, Golan Zocher is another artist with an impressive production portfolio to his name. Work for Clubsonica Records, Mango Alley and Darin Epsilon’s Perspectives Digital have lit up the Progressive House scene since a debut for Crossfade Sounds in mid-2016. Making his Meanwhile debut on July 2022’s “Meanwhile Excursions, Vol. 2”, in partnership with GMJ on “Negev”, Golan Zocher now returns with another striking collaboration. “Zoom Out” is a beautifully mined progressive house gem that bristles with pounding kick and driving bassline zeal. A mesmeric groove rolls relentlessly forward as subtle percussive touches allow the track to build with ease. Evolving over its near 8-minute timeframe a series of interconnected melodies weave a magical tapestry where pads and subtle motifs cascade over each other in seamless fashion. A breakdown pause then allows for the development of melodic sequences to take centre stage in the second half to create a stunning and multi-layered track. Jamie Stevens reputation within the electronic music industry is second to none. An artist with a career stretching back over two decades, his solo work has graced the finest labels including Bedrock, Balance Music and Selador. June 2022’s 3-track “Circles” EP marked a Meanwhile high point, followed by October 2023’s twin-track “Mad Bells / Kanlan”. Remixed by Navar in April 2023, Jamie now returns the favour with a typically inventive and dynamic interpretation that takes “Zoom Out” to soaring new heights. Via intelligent manipulation of track components, the Australian has created a pounding dancefloor epic that hypnotises through its sustained and rolling bassline. A subtle grooved rhythm plays atop with intricate placement of percussive sounds while familiar melodic elements flow freely around the rhythm and bass anchor. Adding a Vangelis-esque synth phrase at the stripped back mid-point offers a beguiling and fluid aura to proceedings as the remix picks up the dancefloor pace once more in another hugely impressive Jamie Stevens production. Traversing a wide and varied soundscape, Navar & Golan Zocher have created a brilliant snapshot with “Zoom Out”, superbly aided by the peerless Jamie Stevens. Presenting their third release of the year, roku welcomes Blanka Barbara to the label for her debut EP. Born in Poland but now based in London, Blanka Barbara first emerged in 2020 with a series of releases via her Rabbit Records imprint. Quickly catching the attention of the progressive house and melodic techno communities, the next two years would see the classically trained pianist and composer go on to record projects for Lane 8’s This Never Happened, Ziger’s Eat My Hat Music, John OO Fleming’s Joof Aura, Mango Alley and Proton’s Particles. With 2023 projects for Juicebox Music and Balkan Connection already in the books, Blanka now adds roku to her resume with ‘Ever Closer’, alongside remixes from Danny Lloyd and Bondarev. Destined to be a highlight in Blanka’s discography, it is the melodic stylings of ‘Ever Closer’ which get the release underway. Electrically charged from the outset, its rolling rhythmic structures, striking percussion and character rich groove set the piece on a course for aural enlightenment. Dark bass stabs and haunting overlays cleverly coax across the first act, elevating momentum and mood for a finale of colourful arps and hopeful sonics. The companion piece ‘Descending Into Heaven’ finds Blanka showcasing a deeper, more emotive side of her repertoire. The London resident masterfully marries blissful sonics and balmy effects over a framework of warm fluid grooves and precise percussive arrangements. Sitting at the heart of the piece is a reflective interlude, one where hopeful melodies unite in a whirlpool of textural euphoria, perfectly suited for those magical morning moments on the dancefloor. Making his label debut with the lone interpretation of ‘Ever Closer’ is Danny Lloyd. With a career that spans the better part of two decades, Italian artist Danny Lloyd has etched his own unique place in progressive music history. Long a favourite of Hernan Cattaneo, the Tuscany resident has taken his smooth effortless sound to long standing imprints Asymmetric Recordings, MNL, Movement, Proton Music and more. Known for being choosy in his projects, Danny’s first production of 2023 finds the Italian artist making his roku debut with a hypnotic rendition of ‘Ever Closer’. Opting for a timeless approach, the Italian artist creates a distinctive interpretation in his inimitable style; with arpeggiated fragments and airy sonics uniting over a bed of thumping beats and pulsing basslines, casting a spell over the listener across a fluid first movement, before breaking out into a tastefully restrained and deeply meditative finale. The release concludes with Bondarev making his label debut with the lone interpretation of ‘Descending Into Heaven’. Russian artist Bondarev has been a DJ for the better part of two decades, sharing the stage with some of progressive music’s most iconic names, while operating as the booking manager for Saint Petersburg’s famed WARPP Club. As a producer, Bondarev first emerged in 2017 with a release via Crossings, a project which would lead to key discography credits courtesy of aboriginal, Mango Alley, Proton’s Particles and most recently via WARPP’s label, where he operates as the A&R. Now, presenting his first remix of 2023, Bondarev debuts on roku with a powerful take on ‘Descending Into Heaven’. Buoyant and energetic across the first movement, Bondarev continues his stylized ways with rippling grooves, flashing percussion and dark stabs creating a prophetic path into the main break. Sitting comfortably in an emotive yet thought provoking space; childlike motifs and sweeping harmonies converge, rising out of calming atmospheres as the interlude evolves, eventually giving way to a thunderous drop and energetic final movement. The latest release from Clubsonica Records finds Golan Zocher returning to the label for a new single. Following a 2016 debut, the Tel Aviv resident quickly found his place amongst the genre’s elite, earning play and support from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J and Guy Mantzur. Releases via Mango Alley, Or Two Strangers, Plattenbank and Proton highlight what has been an eight-year creative swell for this elusive talent. Clubsonica has also been a regular landing spot for Golan, with three originals and two remixes recorded since making his label debut in 2017. Now, following a contribution to the label’s Sampler, Vol.3 earlier this year, Golan returns to the Clubsonica with ‘Alive’, alongside remixes from Will DeKeizer and Dabeat. Diversifying his portfolio further, ‘Alive’ finds Golan collaborating with vocalist Ojeni. Together the duo craft an emotive slice of progressive house that arrives in good time for the impending summer season. Golan’s warm key changing grooves, timeless tonal themes and lively percussive arrangements set the perfect foundation for Ojeni’s memorable hooks to work their magic. She injects the piece with authentic soul and emotion, as Golan’s warm grooves and subtle musicality provide the perfect dance floor vehicle to deliver the tracks transcendent message. Making his label debut with the first interpretation of ‘Alive’ is Will DeKeizer. Hailing from the USA, Will DeKeizer first emerged in 2021 with the success of ‘Karma’. Released via onedotsixtwo and played by Nick Warren, it set the course for what has been a remarkable two-year stretch. Armed with a sound that incorporates dark, hypnotic and melodic elements, Will would go on to showcase his music via Deepwibe Underground, Plattenbank and Sudbeat, while earning the support of genre tastemakers Guy J, Guy Mantzur and Hernan Cattaneo. Now, on the strength of a three-track showcase for Suza records, Will makes his Clubsonica debut with a cosmic take on ‘Alive’. Dark rebounding rhythms and warm key changing basslines set the course for snatches of fluttery effects and bright percussive clusters. A gorgeous contrast from the American artist and one which is explored further across an astral break. A haze of trailing effects dominates the cavernous interlude, building tension with each successive pass, before Will’s progressive attitude reveals itself during a commanding drop and groove- centric finale. The release concludes with Dabeat returning to the label with the second and final interpretation of ‘Alive’. Sitting as one of Colombia’s premiere progressive house talents, David Barragan aka Dabeat has enjoyed a steady rise since first emerging in 2008 with a release courtesy of Beatfreak Recordings. The next decade saw David perfect his craft with a sound that many describe as groovy, dynamic and emotional. Now laying claim to an impressive discography, the Santiago de Cali resident has showcased his music via Anjunadeep, Mango Alley, Plattenbank, Proton, Replug and Sudbeat, while continuing to receive play and support from the genre’s premiere tastemakers. As a regular contributor to Clubsonica, David has delivered five remixes across the last five years, which now lead him back to the label with an emotive take on ‘Alive’. Smooth and rhythmic throughout, Dabeat aims squarely at a main room dancefloor here. Deconstructed vocals and wavy arps unite atop trance inducing rhythms and full rolling grooves. Phasing motifs and precise percussion add tension leading into the main break, perfectly setting up the full vocal reveal. Ojeni’s soulful phrases emerge for moments of harmonic bliss, married beautifully against a backdrop of flickering arps, before getting washed away in a finale that is equal parts energetic and emotive. A gorgeous interpretation from Dabeat which rounds out an excellent single and label return for Golan Zocher.

Highly regarded as a DJ, Chriss has shared the stage with a variety of top international talents, with Solomun, Eric Prydz, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Henry Saiz, Roy Rosenfeld, Sebastien Leger, Khen, Eli Nissan and Armen Miran being the most notable. As a producer, Chriss has been selective with his projects over the last decade, with Dbeatzion Records, Elliptical Sun Recordings and Inception being the primary landing spots for his progressive sound.
